Once an order has shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to UPS, FedEx or other website, depending on who shipped your package. From there you can use the tracking code to track your package.
You can also track your order in My Orders:
Sign into your account and click My Orders.
Click on the order you want to track.
Click on the tracking link alongside the shipping information.
You will then be taken to the shipping company's website where you can enter your tracking number and find out where your package is.
Note: unfortunately tracking is not always available for Super Saver Shipping.
